NC # 11 REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE MARK MEADOWS STATEMENT CONCERNING TSA ABUSES

HENDERSONVILLE, NC – The Mark Meadows for Congress campaign released the following statement concerning TSA abuses such as the ones that resulted in U.S. Sen. Rand Paul being detained at the Nashville, Tennessee airport today. Below are comments from Mark Meadows, Republican Candidate for U.S. Congress in North Carolina’s 11th district:

“Freedom and respect for liberty once made America the greatest nation in history. But the news today of full body grope downs of American children, seniors, and now even a sitting U.S. Senator reveal the misplaced priorities and sheer incompetency of the Obama Administration’s approach to national security.

“Creating an embedded federal bureaucracy to stand around airports, unsurprisingly has lead to the most amazingly inefficient system possible for screening passengers.

“The government needs to have greater respect for the liberty of American citizens and we have to tell the truth about who is trying to attack us and act on that truth.”

About Christine

I believe in the CONSERVATIVE principles and values of the Republican Party as they are written, and not how they are currently practiced by today's RINO's. Smaller government, lower taxes, more personal responsibility, states' rights, free market capitalism, and less government intrusion in our lives!
